Deadlines: There are two scholarship rounds each year, in early Spring (for fall semester), and late-Fall (for spring semester). The 2025 deadlines are as follows:
- Spring 2025 applications are due by Friday, May 9th, 2025, 11:59 PM CST for study in Denmark the fall of 2025. Status: Application and reference links will be available by March 1st, 2025.
- Fall 2025 Applications are due by Friday, October 31st, 2025, 11:59 PM CST for study in Denmark the winter/spring of 2026. Status: Application and reference links will be available by August 1st, 2025.

Important: Applications must be complete to be considered! This includes the application, an essay of no less than 300 words and no more than 400 words, two (2) letters of reference forms and an unofficial transcript. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure all application requirements are met by the deadline in the format listed in the instructions. If the requirements are not met in full the application will not be considered.

Please share the link above with your 2 references and ask them to submit their reference electronically by the deadline. Follow up with your references to ensure they submit their references within the time window. Please note, if two references are not received by the deadline the student application will not be considered!

COMPLETE applications will be reviewed within 60 days of the deadline. Finalists only will be contacted by email to schedule an interview via an online platform (i.e. Zoom). Applicants should check their email regularly, including Spam folders, in order to promptly respond to all program correspondence. If you are not contacted by dates to be determined at a later date your application was not selected for the final round.
Award notification will be no later than July 31st for spring applications and no later than December 20th for fall applications.
