Applications for the Fall 2023 semester will be accepted beginning February, 2023!
Deadlines:
There are two scholarship rounds each year, in early Spring (for fall semester), and late-Fall (for spring semester). Upcoming deadlines are as follows:
No later than May 15, 2023: Applications accepted for the Fall 2023 semester.
No later than October 30, 2023: Applications the Winter/Spring 2024 semester.

Applications must be complete to be considered. This includes the application/essay, 2 letters of reference and an unofficial transcript. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure all application requirements are met by the deadline in the format listed in the instructions. Before starting the application process please read the information in the “Application Instructions” file listed below.

All complete applications will be reviewed within 60 days of the deadline. Finalists will be contacted to set-up and attend an online interview with members of the UMRSC. Award notification will be no later than July 15th for spring applications and no later than December 15th for fall applications.
